Hello,
My name is Inbal and my mission is to help you discover the power of your Breath and Voice as instruments of self healing.
I am a Designer, Breathwork meditation guide, and Sound therapist. I've navigated creative development paths as a design director for 16 years, as well as my own healing journey. SONOPRANA lives at the intersection of creativity and the healing arts as a result of my personal and professional paths.
By integrating principles of the creative process and meditation, I am able to help individuals and groups achieve greater access to clarity, coherence, and creativity in service of their personal and professional goals.

Healing is a creative journey that requires integration of all our parts into conscious awareness, holding complexity with self compassion and curiosity.
