Breathwork for Grief & Resiliency
Time & Location
About the Event
Everything is nature is in a constant state of composition and decomposition. When we resist the forces of decomposition and death, we arrest our life force from moving us forward, and we rob ourselves of the deep teachings grief has for us.
Grief is an active process of decomposing pain and loss into a richer soil that nourishes our movement forward. We surrender to grief so that some good may come of loss and pain, and we allow it to show us the path forward, however small the movement might feel, however long it takes, we move through it surrendering and allowing.
The past few weeks have given all of us the salty gift of grief, in infinite forms and premutations. From the devastating loss of loved ones, to loss of human touch, income, the illusion of control, and our plands for the future. What will we grow in this new soil? what will we allow to decompose and nourish this new reality?
